🏗 Verification of the compliance of buildings, structures, and technical equipment with safety requirements at any hazardous production facility is a mandatory state requirement.

In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 784, an expertise must be conducted in the following cases:

  1. For project documentation — prior to construction, expansion, or technical re-equipment of the facility;

  2. For technical equipment — upon expiration of its service life or when used for more than 20 years;

  3. For buildings and structures — if deformations or technical defects are identified.

🔍 Who issues the expert conclusion? The expertise is conducted by accredited expert organizations, and its positive conclusion must be registered with the Committee for Industrial, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety.

💡 Important Note: The use of technical equipment that has not passed the expertise or has received a negative conclusion is strictly prohibited!
