🏭 Ensuring safety at hazardous production facilities (HPF) does not rely solely on external inspections. For this purpose, an internal Production Control system must be established within the enterprise itself.

In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 291: Every organization operating hazardous facilities must appoint a responsible officer or establish a specialized service to monitor compliance with industrial safety requirements.

🔍 Key Tasks of Production Control:

  1. Regular auditing of compliance with industrial safety requirements;

  2. Monitoring the condition of technical equipment, buildings, and structures;

  3. Organizing safety training and certification (attestation) for personnel;

  4. Submitting an annual report on implemented measures to the Committee by April 1st.

💡 Why is this necessary? A well-implemented internal control system prevents unexpected downtime, fines, and, most importantly, incidents that endanger human lives.
