⚖️ In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 271, every organization operating a hazardous production facility (HPF) is required to obtain compulsory civil liability insurance.
Why is this important? In the event of an accident, any damage caused to the life, health, or property of third parties is covered by the insurance company. This ensures the financial stability of the enterprise is maintained.
💰 What are the minimum insurance amounts? Depending on the hazard level of the facility, the insurance sum is determined based on the Base Calculating Amount (BCA) as follows:
🔴 Type 1 (Extremely high risk): 250,000 BCA
🟠 Type 2 (High risk): 50,000 BCA
🟡 Type 3 (Medium risk): 10,000 BCA
🔍 Remember: Operating hazardous facilities without a valid insurance contract leads to liability in accordance with the procedures established by law.
🏗 Safe production is the foundation of a sustainable future!
