According to Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Industrial Safety” (No. O‘RQ–57), clear and mandatory requirements are established for employees of hazardous production facilities.
These requirements are aimed at ensuring safety during production processes, preventing accidents and incidents, and protecting human life and health.
In particular, in accordance with the legislation, employees of hazardous production facilities are required to:
🔹 strictly comply with legal and regulatory technical requirements in the field of industrial safety;
🔹 regularly undergo training and certification in industrial safety;
🔹 immediately notify responsible persons about any accident or incident;
🔹 suspend work in accordance with established procedures in case of a hazardous situation;
🔹 participate in preventing the escalation of accidents and in eliminating their consequences in accordance with established procedures.
At the same time, the proper and conscientious fulfillment of these requirements by employees plays an important role in increasing industrial safety, preventing emergencies, and ensuring stable operations.
